For the life of me i can't drink water as much as I'd like to/should be drinking. I always drink when I'm thirsty, which is never enough. especially when you wait till your really thirsty. bad habit of mine.
 
Water is not a common thing. It is the base and so much important for life, every alive things cannot live more than 2 day with out drinking water. Daily must drink 8 to 10 glasses of water. It help to burn fat and reduce over weight as well. Water also essential for transportation of foods from one place to an other place with in body. Body tissue, cells, organs all are need water for healthy growth.

This is not true. I have personally fasted and not drank water for more than 2 days, as well as a few other people I know.

The rest of it is true to a point. IMO.

I know for sure I can go for 2 days without water and not die lol. I'm sure most people can and I'm sure alot if not most animals can too.
But yeah water Is important too much is when u have to pee all the time.
 
The real issue with consumption of too much water is that it can lead to hyponatremia. Probably most commonly seen in athletes or others that exercise or work hard, consume great amounts of water in an attempt to stave of dehydration, but do not eat adequately. I've always said good nutrition is part of good hydration.

I take in 4-6 liters of water a day in average and that does me fine.

There are many creatures, people, plants, and so forth that have or do go longer then two days without drinking water. Your statement, while we understand your point, is plain wrong.
