Water weight

So I’m running my first cycle of test cyp at 400mg. I’ll be in my 4th week on Monday. I’ve gone from 158 to 170. I know this is a majority of water weight but how can I reduce this? Someone told me I definitely gained in my face which to me I see it but maybe not as drastically as others. My BP seems relatively stable but I notice my HR is higher than my normal. Before cycle my HR would always be around 50s resting. Now it’s fluctuating a ton but still in the normal 60-100 range. I don’t really have any other signs of estrogen sides.. my libido and sex drive is incredibly high. I have aromasin on hand but don’t wanna tank my E2 without knowing what it is. I was planning on getting blood work done more around the 6-7 week mark. Should I just go ahead and grab blood work now? I just wanna get the water weight under control. Advice?

-1 having your diet under control, if you’re eating too much compared to what’s really necessary excess of water retention and fat will happen, fast.
2- estrogen control. Despite what you might read and what a lot of people seem to think/say, 90% of people need an anti estrogen on cycle, even the ones that say they are fine, they just don’t really test it and don’t know better.

3- I would make sure I have pink salt with every meal, you need sodium to actually flush water and be hydrated. You can drink 10 liters of water a day if you don’t have enough sodium or electrolytes you won’t be hydrated and you’ll actually retain water in the wrong places.

4- The higher your body fat is, the easier it is to bloat and gain fat. That’s something not enough people take seriously. If you’re above like 13-14% BF I would only go on cycle for a CUT. Starting a cycle to gain muscle while being like 15% bf and no visible abs is just a one way to becoming a fat ****.

Dandelion Root has worked for me in the past as a Natural Diuretic.

Should I take 12.5mg of aromasin? I really would like to know my E2 number before doing so but not sure what to do.

Btw jumping that many lbs in 4 weeks is always very bad bro. I’ll give you an exemple.. when you come off a show at like 5-6% BF and your body is prime the **** up to gain, you’re usually gonna regain water you lost and glycogen and that’s usually what people will gain in s month. Someone starting a cycle at a regular BF and gaining 15 lbs in a month is basically saying you gaining 100% of that weight in glycogen , water and fat.

to give you an idea I just got done cutting and finished at around 7% BF , then my coach started upping my calories and my body is so responsive that I barely gained weight, I gained 6 lbs in 6 weight. This is quality weight.
I would get on an anti estrogen if you’re not, I would check my diet too and my overal game plan.

You should do bloodwork yes. But if you gained weight on your face and 15 lbs in 4 weeks bro you’re a water balloon right now.

What's your bodyfat and diet like. Hpw much cardio are you doing and whats sleep and stress like. I would address those first, next I would look Into estrogen management.

Pretty much everything all the bros said, don't know if you're making this mistake or not but just because you're on gear and trying to gain weight doesn't mean you can whatever you want and how much ever you want. The last few weeks I've talked to a few guys that had this notion, well I'm on gear and trying to bulk so I can just pig out because it's all " going to turn into muscle" like I said not saying this is you but if anything you should be even more on top of your diet while on cycle
