On my fourth week of my first cycle. (Msten) and my bloat and water weight are horrific. I feel myself jiggle. I went from 179- 197. I didn't eat to get fat. But my gains have now stalled and I was wondering if I should bump up my calories or not? And how long it'll take for this damn water weight to go away? Pct will be nolva and nolvadren xt with liver support. Also, would milk thistle be enough for liver support pct? Or something else?
