water retention on chinese hgh

does anyone know what active ingredient in chinese gh that makes you retain so much water? I've ran a high dose of pharm grade and didn't retain much water at all but on a high dose of chinese i walk around with kankles lol

Active ingredient? Are you buying prop blend injectable products with supposed HGH in them? What are you even asking here? It makes zero sense at all.
