And yes running with my daughter today was fun, doesn't happen often enough. The best is when she comes to me before going to the gym and says something like, "can we go in the garage quick so you can show me some different exercises for back, etc". She totally absorbs it all....

Indeed. I get taxed more on leg day than any other, and it is by far my favorite.

Meadows has made my other lifts a lot more "fun" too.
 
Ahh, another great workout! You and Puccah hitting the high reps on those squats. The good thing about doing legs on Saturday is you aren't rushed to get to work. Can you imagine doing legs on Monday??

Never thought to snap a pic.. just some sirloins and baked potato (sweet variety for daughter and I), and some salad. Was good, but not the best.

you know it was really good man - had the double steak bowl with brown rice & black beans, corn salsa, sour cream & cheese (yeah I splurged) :D

yeah I haven't had one in like forever - and there's a place that makes them (King Gyros) right around the corner from where I live too..

back in the day (wayyyy back, like in my 20s) I worked as a phone repair tech for awhile, at lunch I would always go across the street (a different King Gyros joint) and maul some different variety of gyro, absolutely loved them things

Today is scheduled as a rest day, but was contemplating doing my back workout when I get home. Will see how my energy levels are in a couple of hours.

Thanks Thomas, and in fact he did. The dumbbell dead stops are in there instead of Meadows / One Arm Rows. There are some subtle changes each day this week (1.5). For example tonights Chest/Shoulder pump session, there is no 6ways/band over (not complaining), but a new exercise 'horizontal dumbbell press'. On this one John himself uses 5-10 lb db's. I am thinking these will be tough.

LOL, indeed! I enjoy mixing the different flavors too (Stimul8, Ignite2, BCAA+SAA all together). Reminds me of drinking 'swamp water' at the fountain pop machine when I was a kid.

They were, i could feel them even in my lower back. I can tell they will be a keeper though, even have this run of Reactive Pump.

I haven't done those in forever, and surely not after crawls and O&B's.

It's like watching you open your Christmas gifts first, then having to wait a couple weeks before I can.
