awesome workouts man you always have some sick voiume!!! Oh yeah and funny smart pants showing off the shirts!!! I just got done saying the hulk doesn't have one shirt since being a member!!!!! It's hulk smashing time!!
Thanks bro.. and yes its a horrible picture (blackberry sucks but free from work so can't complain). But the shirt is almost like neon. The white one is a long sleeve t with a hoodie. Shirts are 10, Hoodies are 30 on FINAFLEX.COM - can't go wrong bro!

Well, you have to remember the actual problem is disc related in the L4-L5 region which is around the sciatic nerve root. So the seated row, does stress my lower back, which sent the odd 'shockwave' down my leg. If it weren't for the government Blackberry would be dead in the water.

- hard flex on the bottom for the pushdowns
- I think I was on set 3 and thought how my tri's were already burning like hell... beauties!

Pronated Kickbacks / Bent Over Rope Extensions

- hands facing up the entire time for kickbacks with a hard squeeze


Warmup:

Dumbbell Curls

Seated Dumbbell Curls / Machine Preachers

- 3 second eccentric on both exercises
- Db curls done all 8 reps on left, then right side
- such light weight yet bi's were totally swole

Reverse EZ Curl / Hammer Curls

Sat on the bench for a few minutes before closing up shop today. Arms just killing... post workout shake was a joy to scoop, not!

....beautiful day today.. and a great workout this morning

Current supps: pre workout: Stimulate and/or Ignite2, mixed with a scoop of BCAA+SAA and another scoop or two intra; PX White 3 times a day, FINAFLEX Multi with post workout meal. And then some odds and ends. Gotta say the PX White + Stimul8 pretty much has me sweating my a$$ off in the garage.


Lying Leg Curls: 3x12, 3x15

- warmup sets were done with both legs
- work sets were done one leg at a time. Struggled with the range of motion in the last set

Squats: 2x8, 3x6

- work sets only got up to 205...but that is higher than last week as I continue to 'protect my back'

Leg Extensions with Bands: 2x15, 4x12

- work sets were banded (pro short mini), really added to the top end of the movement. Held for one second

Smith Lunges: 2x10

Stiff Legged Deads: 2x15



Good workout, felt very energized during it. Legs pretty wobbly now though.

Looking back at your arm day I dunno how you stuck through with those weights. By the time I was at rev curls and hammers I was dropping down #'s fast!

Indeed. I feel comfortable in my own space, and it is convenient as hell. Of course there are times when a leg press machine, etc would be great to have use of but I make do. Pics of my garage gym, you mean?

You don't have to follow everything perfectly, I didn't. The videos are very helpful on perfect form

- Drop sets were very intense although 40 felt almost weird lol

- down to an inch above chest, and no lockout - continuous tension

Well, I thought the leg workout was good but my arms hurt just looking at that workout!! Killer job!! That's awesome that you can train at home in your garage too!!
