Was going to start PowerFULL...but

Yesterday I received my newest shipment from Nutraplanet and was going to start PowerFULL before sleep last night. Reading the small box that PowerFULL comes in wetted my appetite for this product, though when opening the box I discovered instead of a bottle of PowerFULL I received a bottle of SuperCisus RX. How does that even happen. Very disappointed, I emailed customer service and I have not heard anything as of yet.

I REALLY wanted to start this product as soon as possible.
