with the 180 squat i tweaked my back a bit because i wanted to make sure with depth and let there be no room for doubt, so i bounced a bit but the bounce threw my center off, got forward and basically did a good morning from above parallel, but the hip thrusts fixed everything back up
very happy with todays session, no misses and no brutally hard lifts, the hardest thing was standing up with the weight over head after the snatch because the legs were so tired + the 4 reps sets on the power clean + jerks really tackled my conditioning
 
that squat is so heavy, isn't that close to PR territory? nice work either way. I'm glad you didn't get an injury and were able to self diagnose what you didn't like in the form.
 
-83kg so a few hundred grams to lose
yeah, 180 is my competition PR but in summer i did 180 for a tripple and 190 for a pretty comfortable single, trying to hit that again this saturday
