Wanted to introduce myself

My name is Nick, im from Missouri. I'm 26 and look forward to
getting to know everyone on the board. I have lurked around
for awhile now and figured it was tim to register and start
posting. I have some pretty descent knowledge of lifting, i
lifted for about 4 years from 17 to 21, then i started a family
and have been out of it for about 5 years. I am getting back
into it now and look forward to all the great advise i can come
across here.
I have been back at it for about 2 months now and am
one particular thing. I am already gaining in strength, yet no
real signs of any mass gains. Don't get me wrong i love the
strength gains as i have always been pretty strong, but
this time around im really looking for some definition and size
gains. I am really looking hard at my diet as i feel this is where
it is. I'm consuming about 2500-3000 calories currently &
about 200 grams of protein daily. I am having a hard time fitting
in 7 meals throughout the course of a workday. Any help that
could lead me in the general direction would be great. Currentyl
taking, ON's Creatine Mono, ON's 100% Whey, Fish Oil & Flax.
Thanks once again.

hey man good to have you aboard you'll definitely learn a lot here

to get to your question, you aren't eating enough try to get that protein up to around 300 grams a day and up the total cals

i know its hard to eat enough, trust me i have a very small appetite and i literally force feed myself, but that's what you've gotta do

look around in the diet and nutrition section that will help you a lot more than i can

good luck my man

I agree with this 100%, also don't be afraid when you're bulking to gain some fat as if you try to remain pretty boy lean while gaining muscles you'll be lucky to gain 3-5lbs per year. You might not be as pretty while shoveling down massive amounts of food and packing on muscle and a bit of fat but remember that your sacrifice will bring rewards. Besides, cutting is fun, right guys?

Your completely right there talon. This July i weighed
around 208 and i finally couldn't stand it anymore, i
had let myself go to the point i was unhappy with myself.
Now i wasn't fat, but it just wasn't what i had been use
to in the past. So i started cutting and eating right, and
did LOTS of cardio. I went from 208 to 162 in 2 1/2 months.
I believe i did it healthy, i cut my calories down to around 1500
and my fat per day was about 40 grams. I took, Green Tea,
Ephedrine HCL & Lipo-6. I alternated 2 and 4 mile runs 5 times
a week. It was hard work, but the dedication payed off. I
figured if i could dedicate myself to losing some unwanted fat, i
can surely get the mass and size gains i'm looking for.
