had prescription meds coming from VA tracking # showed out for delivery-it didn't come...I hope those idiots at the post office didn't deliver my mail to wrong address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I got mine yesterday. Started it at 4mL ED.

Should see them all landing today, 2morrow.

Guys that are logging, no specific format required but if you can post it here, and copy and paste to other forums you are on that would be appreciated :)

Can sign up over at www.ironmaglabs.com , those forums even if you are new there and copy the log from here there as well.

Just asking everyone to try and log it at 2 forums minimum please!!!

wESLEYInman...just got my androshred and label on bottle says 2-4 pumps 2xday versus the 4-6 pumps 2xday I read everywhere else?
 
I'm curious about those directions too. And at how many pumps do you get the 100mg dose?

I went ahead and used 5 pumps to abdomen area, but still waiting to hear the answer also!!!

I'm going to do a combo of both. 1 dose on abdomen and sides, 1 on shoulders, neck, upper chest/arms. I'm hoping there'll be a bit of spot reduction. But, I've never used a topical fat burner before so I'm not sure what to expect!

The 4-6 pumps(5) x2 will give you a full 2 month supply!
 
I think mine came today! I'll get a intro post and log up over the next couple days. Won't probably start dosing until Monday. I'm kinda weird in that I prefer to start logs then...
 
Ok guys just to clarify what Mace said and to give you guys full info..here we go :)


ANDROSHRED-
3 pumps of both androhard and androshred is equal to 1mL. 1mL is equal to 100mgs of the 7 keto, and on the androhard it is equal to 100mgs of epiandro and randro combined.

Androshred the most common dosages I have used in the past, are 3-400mgs per day. Remember though that is in oral. Oral is only getting what, 5% absorption. This might get up to 30%. Imagine that difference.

So I am suggesting 300-400mgs per day on the Androshred and that is the higher end.

I am using the androshred right now and I am doing 6 pumps in that am (2mL or 200mgs) and then the same thing mid afternoon.

You can absolutely dose it lower. But I want optimal results so I am going high.

**ALSO** there is nothing to say u can't dose the AndroShred higher, at 400+. I just have not seen that ever before so I can't give honest feedback.


So lets say on the androshred, you are doing 400mgs, or 4mL per day. That bottle is going to last you (236 divided by 4) almost 2 months like Mace said.




ANDROHARD

3 pumps of both androhard a is equal to 1mL. 1mL is equal to is equal to 100mgs of epiandro and randro combined.

On the androhard, you want to dose it 300-600mgs per day. In 2 even dosages. First thing in the am, and either mid afternoon or before bed. Your preference.

The Androhard..honestly from about 50% of the clients I talk to, anything above 400mgs per day of androhard and they get pissed off.

On the Androhard expect to see lean muscle gains, superb vascularity, muscle hardening and revealing of muscle. Mood increases and libido increases. Strengh improvements and aggression increases.


These bottles are 8 ounce bottles. 8 ounces = 236mL. This means you have 236 total servings.

Really this product is beyond fairly priced when you consider that.
