Want to use tren soon, never used AAS how do I progress to it?

Hello,

I have never used AAS before and have been researching tren-a and understand you shouldnt go straight on to it from being natural. What should I start with and progress to before using it?

and what dosage for 95 kg 5 ft 10 approx 10% BF
