Want To Lower The Concentration Of T3 Solution From IBE?

What solution does IBE use in there T3? the reason I ask is because I wanted to lower the concentration even more so that I could measure out 12.5 mcg's T3 per 1/2 ml. Any suggestions?
 
You don't have any plain solution bottles for mixing? Thank you for the offer of a replacement bottle! I've never seen customer service like that before in my life!
 
I would imagine it would be best to use BW (bacteriostatic water)...then again I could be full of BS so maybe someone else could chime in....
