Want to build up abs

So after about 2 months of heavy ab training, they have plateaued.. I can't seem to get them full and sore anymore and even 45 pound plates on the decline aren't cutting it.. I loved that full feeling (since I have loose skin from being heavy for years) and big abs really helped make my stomach look better.. What's everyone do to really get their abs swollen and sore?? I think the only I've never done is the Ab wheel..
 
Standing ab crunches, dragon flags, and that movement where you start from a dead hang and raise your feet until they're at the ceiling then slowly lower them down (they're like dragon flags but you do them hanging).
 
The one i did the other day which made me quite sore, when i coughed you could feel it was this.

Cable Trunk Rotations
Physioball Jacknifes
Physioball Rollouts

Then i hit some stuff on the ground
Russian Twists
Bicycles
Toe Touches
Side Crunches

It really felt great i attribute most of it to the Physioballs those things can burn your core up.
