I want to build a website, I heard "Dream Weaver" is a good software package to do it. Anybody here have any opinion on this? Is it necessary to take a local community college course on this?

No way bro. Don't waist your time with a class. Head to a bookstore & pick up a book on it, read up, & get going. It'll be cheaper & it's the same as paying someone to guide you through it. Better yet, go to your nearest public library & check the book out if you want to save even more cash.

It's not too difficult. You'll be fine.

Dreamweaver's a great tool for web designers. I used to be in the business and still have plenty of strong roots in it. Yeah, go for it man. And I second what Tru said. It's easy enough to learn, just get yourself a book and a couple of weeks together. You'll get it. Good luck.

Thanks guys, I've always been a do-it-yourself kind of guy and the way I see it if I build it I won't have to pay someone to fix it breaks,ect.
