So yeah, mouthwash and therefore flouride reduce nitric oxide in the body. I've read this before, but thought I'd post it this time and see what thoughts are.
 
Haven’t used fluoridated toothpaste in years. Call me crazy but I feel fahking great. And no cavities to date. Just don’t swallow your fluoride and you’ll be fine!
 
It doesn't have to be swallowed to have the effect. Mouthwash and flouride kill mouth bacteria which are responible, apparently, for much of the bodies nitric oxide production. Weird.

I don't use mouthwash, and I use fluoride free toothpaste for some years now. Teeth and gums are less sensitive, and past minor toothaches have gone away.

Not too expensive on Amazon, or the internet. Easy to install on sink if you have a good power drill.
 
The fear of fluoride is real lol
 
Even if washing your mouth truly lowers NO levels in the body, I’ll simply keep taking my supplements that boost my NO levels, no need to stop washing my mouth.
