IMO Monson does a very good job of maintaining his size with a plethora of supplements, and high calories. He can probably maintain about 90% of his size this way. I would bet he also does very high doses of HGH to maintain it, roughly 8-12 IU ED, and is probably an active member of the GH/IGF-1 sub forum here on AM.
 
I just noticed your sig, nice. Looks like you're back on speaking terms with Mullet, must be nice.

Wand/Rampage 2 one of the scariest looking KO's ever, good thing Page has such a good chin
Wand/Fujita the axe murderer at his finest, Fujita can take a lot, which meant more brutality for us to watch
Wand/Saku 1 or 3, tie, 1 was the better beatdown, but 3 was a nice layout
Wand/Rampage 1, I liked how Page was talking sh*t while Wand was pounding him.
Wand/Jardine
 
I like Saku I because of what it meant. Saku, king of the MW division always so in control that he can even fvck around in there, and then he meets a different kind of animal in Wandy. This was my impression from watching Pride since day 1.

Jardine and Fujita were great because they were a return to form.
