241.5 I'm thinking it's a steady 1-1.5pounds per week. Might up instead of lower by 100 and see what that does come week 3. 3600 45c 35p 20f
 
Arnold's blueprint calls for a 30 rep warm up and I can hit 135 pretty easily with that. It also calls for 30 for every exercise which I don't agree with lol. So I decided bench, or later pull down on back days, shoulder press on shoulder day, etc. I've always actually liked doing a set of 30 at lighter weight. The pump is unreal and it stays consistent

Got ya. I always do it the opposite way. Warm up, hit my working sets with as much in the tank as possible, then I burn out after.
 
how many warm up sets do you do?

Basically just 1 warm up of 30 reps. Occasionally I'll do some small things like a set of push ups or something before I actually touch any bars. But personally I feel very good with just 1 warm up set before my working sets. Different for everyone though
 
I was never a fan of burnout after working sets... even though there are actual studies and some smart people in the industry that say it's a good idea. Just not for me lol. I actually read an article from a buddy that made a lot of sense. Do your workout like you would, then the next day do 1 or 2 light sets of that same muscle group before your new workout. Suppose to help the recovery time by pushing blood and nutrients into the muscle group. Thought about giving it a try
 
I have been sweating more lately. Had my first experience with night sweats last night also from the trenavar. Nothing that can't be fixed with a fan, but wasn't pleasant
 
well I just now realized my workout never posted yesterday even though I typed it all up.. so here is yesterdays and todays. The pain under my knee cap is gone and my body feels good now. Sore as hell and sweating a ton. So far so good. 2 more days at 2 pills.

Well from now until Aug. 21 my gym is closed on weekends.. so I'm only hitting legs and shoulders once a week. Any suggestions? As far as the ph I feel good still. No true sides other than slightly ache joints and some more than normal oily hair, and still sweating more. Got myself a good fast acting joint sup from my store. Today I ran some more 300's just to stay active. I do believe my strength is starting to rise

Tomorrow start 3 pills a day for the remaining 3 weeks. Will post weight in the morning. Hopefully around 242-243 range. Back and bis tomorrow
 
I will add.. I do have a 55lb dB at home so I did do some standing shoulder press and cheat lat raises Saturday just to get a pump and blood to the muscles.
 
July 25 Back and Biceps

Started my third pill for the remaining three weeks. Took a double dose pre-workout (thanks Dma378) along with 90g carbs, insulin mimetic, 150mg caffeine, 50mg di-caffeine malate, and Allmax hemavol. If I have ever had a good pump today's blew it out of the water. Unreal pump today and hit a 495lb dl with virtually no back pain from my bulging disks.

7. standing hammer curls - warm up 30 @ 20 then 5x6 @35 and a final set of 5 @ 50

totally forgot to do my core/abs today.. so I will do some petty stuff before bed just to feel less lazy lol. All in all I still feel good. Thinking about starting some Laxogenin by Divided Labs next monday and running through PCT. I chose D.L. frankly because me personally, I can get it cheap. Otherwise it would not be my first choice of a Laxo product.

Anything else you guys want to see or suggestions to my workout/ph log are all welcome.
 
Alright today I got a dxa scan done. Not what I was hoping for. Last dexa scan was at the end of my last cycle (halodrol) weighing 256 with 15.6%. 209 pounds lean mass. After today's, I am now 247 (I think my home scale is off but will continue the log with what my scale at home says) at 14% which is about 204 lean. So I guess good and bad. Good I lost some fat about 4 pounds actually. I'm assuming the "lost mass" was some gains that I failed to keep during halodrol pct. However strength was not lost.
 
After reading the scan a little more, I lost close to 80% of the mass lost in my legs which is weird.. cause that's where I have noticed my strength improve.
 
Hmmm... glycogen storage maybe? You said the first one was at the end of a halo cycle. So glycogen was probably higher then than now.

That's what I'm hoping for. Still a ton better than before the halodrol. I was close to 17% at 235 (on the dxa scale so that was accurate). Still have 3 weeks on tren epi msten too ^_^
 
Mass don't Matta anyways. Strength is cooler! ?
 
So I woke up this morning and feel like I have a small full body pump.. not sure which is making me feel like that but I won't complain lol. My best friend just released his new pre-workout called lighting and I'm giving it a try. His stuff is legit no bull so I'm excited. Off to hit legs

I really want to start focusing on my legs considering the dxa scan showed the mass lost was a lot of leg mass. So, I will work in some shoulders on chest and tri day which shouldn't be a huge loss. My shoulders are a strong point on my body. So wednesdays will be strictly legs now. Also, I read an article by Jay Cutler outlining his back training. I am going to start doing Monday back day as thickness day and thursday back day as width day; both with biceps still. Sadly, also for the next 2 or 3 saturdays I will have to do a home workout for shoulders. Thank God for cheap old school dumbbells..

I started to get just a tad bit of acne on my left cheek.. but just the left lol. Other than that joints are good, bp feels normal, and I am not to tight.
 
I did something similar for my back days too.. First of the week was heavy back focused on thickness movements and then later in the week was lighter weight focused on width exercises.
 
Ok so definitely noticing some strength now. Hit back and bis today and frankly just felt like a solid, strong training day. Less fatigue, more endurance, and I didn't want to leave the gym lol.

Walked an extra 9 miles at work tonight.. needless to say I ate and had a protein shake about 30 minutes ago and now off to bed. Long day
 
Woke up this morning sweaty and with a slight pump. I think its starting to really kick in now. On the plus side I somewhat got the acne under control. only 3 or 4 total bumps and no new ones forming yet. Chest and Tri today with shoulder blood work and heavy db military press.
 
Damn. This cycle already sounds better than my test c cycle.

Was really rushed on time yesterday so sorry in advance for the "off brand" workout lol. Regardless, had a great chest pump and tri's were still a little sore from the last day. TrenX is definitely working. I feel bigger, and actually am starting to see slight differences in chest and delt area especially rear delts where I lag and have been working harder than norm. Legs are stronger, joints feel good, acne under control, everything just feels good/normal. The energy right out of bed is good too. Even with waking a few times due to slight night sweats but like I said before they're not as bad as some people get them.

I'm almost out of protein.... :gay: have to pick some more up soon. Will let you knows know weight on Monday morn. Will be gone this weekend so I will try to check back in a few times on mobile.
 
In what aspect?

I don't get any sort of "waking up with a pump" feeling. Really I get no feeling at all with the exception of a random erection per day. Outside of that, I feel 100% normal running test c @ 650. It's my first pin cycle and I thought it would be bad ass. But nah. Getting some strength from it but it's not exciting.

The test is from a buddy who gets it for trt. He didn't want to pay for it, so I gave him money for several months to build up a pile. Then I ran it. Test levels were pretty high, but I seriously didn't feel anything. Just got stronger than usual is all.
 
Need suggestions. I have epicatechins, enough to run an 8 week cycle. Should I start this my last 2 weeks of TrenX (starting monday, aug 1st) or wait another week. I wold have enough to run through PCT and 2 weeks after.

Honestly I'd stack it with something. Test solo is pretty boring. Yes you will get stronger, but it's pretty boring. I'm still looking for a cycle that makes me feel like my first superdrol cycle. Test isn't it apparently.
 
Decided to hit the gym today and do legs and a little shoulders. My legs haven't been as sore so I figured it was time to train. Paid for a day pass to another gym. So glad I did. Hit 505 squat today for a pr of 10lbs

8. Rear delt swing back - 3x20 10lbs db. *I really just wanted to put more blood into my rear delts. They're catching up and I'm starting to notice a difference.

Becoming more defined actually. Super excited to be seeing changes and strength going up. I'm almost more excited for my PCT becasue I get to eat more and start my epi. Will weigh in tomorrow.

Starting to really feel the stuff kicking in. What I really like though is I have absolutely no lethargy. Every gym session is amazing, and feels like I am getting tighter and tighter. Focused, and ready to push some weight. Today I wanted to really push my DL with regard to my bad back. Was aiming for 505 in DL to match my PR and ended with 515 today! Intensity was through the roof from the get go. 2 trenx pre workout with the usual other goodies.

Only 14 days left. 7 until I start epicatechins. Still no "bad" side effects. Adding another 100 cals all in carbs this time. Protein is already at 300+.

Remember this is my first log. Any other suggestions for posts are appreciated.

Finally concluded my home scale is about 4.5 pounds off. Making me lighter. Weighed after my workout in the dxa scale again (so I did have some food in me, but peed and sweated a lot of liquid out) and it weighed me at 253. So I'm thinking that would put me roughly at 251 empty. 246 on home scale? Which would be almost dead on from yesterday morning weigh. My brain hurts... lol
 
Also figured it stop posting my workout so much and very more specific about the ph considering I have 2 weeks left. Yall get the gist of my workouts
 
Is the dxa scale the one in water?
