Deads:
135 6x5 DOH- 2sec pause at knee/5sec descent
225 4x5 DOH. "
275 4x5 over/under. "
315 3x3 O/U 5 sec hold at top w/ slow descent
315 3x3 as fast as possible
365 5x1 5 sec hold at top w/ slow descent.
315 2x2
225 3x3

Snatch grip complex: DL x 4/ bent over row x4 (done 2 times per complex)
115 x 4
135x2
30 sec rest between complexes

Short n sweet, but had to run. Felt good today. Losing that unhealthy post vaca feel is nice!

305 felt great, so decided to try a PR at 335.... Yeah not so much, but very soon
Tossed in some ab work and called it a day

I was pretty worn out after 305, even though they felt great. I wasn't planning on attempting a PR. I'll have a better game plan next time.

55x2 (this one fuûkin hurt!)

Bench press

Incline DB press

Tricep pull downs (no idea actual weight)
5 sets by 12 reps, all ascending weight

Cable cross overs
