DIET REVIEW: Had to do bloodwork this morning, so i didn't make breakfast. Just brought some bran cereal
and protein shake with me in the car to eat after i left. Then i lunch I decided to keep that momentum going
and doing a healthy smoothie for lunch too. Definitely on point today.

WORKOUT REVIEW: My brother worked out with me today, and we just went nuts, doing this high intensity
circuit training / super set program that was non stop for 90 minutes, then did 30 minutes of cardio. Best feeling ever..!

SUPPLEMENT REVIEW: Im definitely liking this combo. Shred Ultra brings the heat and Riptide has me dry. I can't
drink enough water. Probably at least a gallon and half already today and the day is not over.

Tomorrow morning i will weigh in and take measurements & post up my Week 2 Wrap-up / Review :bigok:

Thx again AM Folks for all your support.. have a great weekend if i don't see you on here till Monday...!

Geese the volume and energy bro!!! Nice updates man. Sorry just checking in been at baseball fields yesterday from 9 am til 8 pm lol. Son's team is normally good but they are worn out from this Bama summer heat. Hell I think i lost 3 lbs and wasn't even working out.

Thx bro...

Definitely a lot of volume. Trying to maximize fat loss by increasing volume and pace of my workouts.
Essentially turning every workout into a HIIT type session, rather then rest in between sets.

Seems to be working good, down 5.5lbs in 2 weeks. Pretty good results for anyone who may just
starting out with their program. But the fact that I'm neaing the end of my journey rather then just
starting out, makes it even more impressive to me.

Congrats on the additional 3lbs :bigok:

Sunday was a marathon sesh... i only paddled in once to get a drink & eat some almonds. Then paddled back
out for another 2 hours. My shoulders were freaking burning for the last 2 hours big time. They're still sore today :)

Did some cardio before chest at lunch and bro couldn't stop sweating. I take my riptide right before track and lifting then again at evening before sauna.

WORKOUT REVIEW: Still really sore from the weekend. I surfed 2 hours on Saturday & 4 hours on

That happens sometimes. How long ya been surfing?

Been surfing 34 years. Started @ age 12. I don't get to do it as much as I'd like to because of
work, responsibilities and sometimes lack of waves. But when there is waves and i do have
time, i will milk it for all its worth. Sometimes surfing 3-4 days in a row. Even going before
and/or after work. After surfing 4 days in a row, your muscles in the back, shoulders and
arms are totally spent. The only thing i want to do in the gym at that point is leg and cardio :)

WORKOUT REVIEW: Legs are definitely starting to feel the effects of all the Step Ups I've

Nice leg workout brother

Nice leg workout brother

Thanks bro. Im actually really strong on legs, its one of my strongest body parts.
This past year I was going rather heavy especially on Leg Press, and would have
a max out day about every 3 or 4 weeks. I would start with 1 plate on each side,
going all the way up to 10 plates per side, doing 10 reps per set, except on the last
set, usually only getting a 4 or 5 reps in.

I decided that my legs didnt need to get any bigger, nor did my knees need all the
abuse, so I've been working with lighter weights and higher reps and more sets.
Trying to get more definition in these things :)

I hear you brother. I feel have become a definite strong set, and i have been considering cutting back as well. I just love the way it hits me when i do a heavy set of squats or leg press, so i cant give it up lol

I love it too. but have to listen to my body as it gets older. At this point in my life, I have nothing to
prove, all i care about now, is getting in the best physical shape, so that i can continue to be active
throughout my life. I want to stay fit, lean, flexible and athletic, don't really care about about getting
big anymore.

Overall Thoughts: 3rd week weight lost stalled a little, but still lost 1/2lb on the scale & 1"
off my measurements. i definitely kept my water @ 1.5 gallons per day and must have drained
off the water off of me the weak before. At this point i can only assume i only lost fat this week
seeing that the scale didn't move much but lost off my measurements. I fnished up the Riptide
today, so next week i will be just dosing Shred Ultra. Its all on me now, gotta rock it out.
