Vpx Monster Test Coming Back?

I read in a magazine that VPX is hard at working on bringing back Monster Test. Has anyone else heard this? If so, is there anymore info on it.
 
Not sure how they are going to do that legally. m1t is banned no way to get around that unless they change something in the chemical makeup.
