does anyone have any info, opinions, comparisons of normal whey protein vs ast's vp2 protein? wondering if its worth the money. i'm coming close to buying more protein.

It's just Whey Protein isolate. You can get good whey protein @ Invalid Link Removed check out their deal on Optimum's 10 lb. Whey. Another good one is proteincustomizer.com. They offer custom protein blends as well, plus they have any protein you can want at a cheap price.
 
i think legal gear has the domain pointed at the root directory / instead of the directory where the html pages really are. whoever is the admin might want to look at it.
 
There's no real world difference between consuming VP2 and whey concentrate, simply not worth the cost - don't believe the hype.

Recommended Use:
Add one heaping scoop to 8 ounces of your favorite cold liquid (water, milk, etc.). VP2 starts dissolving instantly. Just a few turns with a spoon or shakes in a shaker bottle and it's completely mixed and ready to drink. When to use- Take 1 serving of VP2 30 minutes after your workout and another serving 30 minutes later. On non-training days use VP2 two to three times daily.
