A quick review of a recent cycle
Weeks 1-3 30mgs DMZ
Weeks 1-3 300mgs 4-AD
Weeks 3-5 45mgs DMZ
Weeks 3-5. 600 mgs 4-AD
Along with that :
VL Chloropast <Tudca/ NAC> Twice daily
Clomid 30mg daily
Results and things noticed:
After 2 days the first signs of a cycle. Muscle swelling, I attributed this to glycogen
After 2 Weeks Things really started to kick in. looked like a different person in the mirror. Muscles were fuller, some veins, just over all more size. A little bit more aggression/ anger than usual but manageable. Muscle pumps in the gym were insane. Some average increases in lifts.
After week 3- 5 Things started to plateau out aesthetically. Was slightly less enthusiastic at the gym. Still great work outs though with great pumps.
Finished: Gained 10lbs which seems to be staying 2 weeks after. Definitely have a new physique which was completely worth it.
Random thoughts: DMZ depends a lot on food consumption. Up your protein and make sure to get plenty of carbs. It'll make a difference. And drink plenty of water. The only sides I had were muscle pumps/cramps and increased manageable anger
