vitex use

I have read that vitex increase LH and decreases prolactin (both good for test production) in women. But what use is there for a man on cycle? I ask because I have seen it pop up on here time to time.

same thing , inhibits prolactin secretion , and there seems to be a definite increase in libido with the use of chasteberry.

Anecdotally speaking I've found it does increase libido, reduce nipple puffiness very very slighty but it seemed to put me in a foul mood while on cycle.

I think the jury is still out on whether it is truly useful during or post cycle.
