Vitex dose with progestin based steroid

what good vitex dose to take with deca or tren?

i have loads of Vitex agnus castus (4:4 extract), im thinking 3-5g ed is ok?

Have you ever used it before? and what did you think of it if so ? because I was considering it.

No i didnt use it, but i did some research and i found it has no effects on LH FSH, estrogen or progestrone in men. Only thing its usefull for that it lowers prolactin levels, which deca, and tren increase.
