Ok so i looked on NP and saw Primordial Performances TCF-1 (side note: anyone use it yet?) and i managed to find myself in a thread about Vitex and its place in PCT. Now, i looked about on the internet on studies discussing the effects of Chasteberry on FSH and LH levels, and i managed to find a couple sites and studies saying it increases LH but decreases FSH.....now in my understanding this creates a environment in the body thats in favor of progesterone :thinking:....im not too good with hormones and understanding them totally but i guess my question is, does Vitex have a place in PCT?
