Vitamin Question

GNC is actually having a decent deal on vitamins right now. I got 180ct Mega Multi Gold, 360 ct Fish oil 1000 (300mg DHA/EPA), 180ct Big150 Bcomplex, and 6 bottles of whey protein isolate RTD for like $45.

Anyways, my question is - would using the Mega Multi Gold and the Big150 B compex together be overkill, since there is already some Bvits in the multi?

Thanks in advance guys, I've always used UltraVitaMan by Vitamin World, and I've been overlooking one of the core bases (vitamins).

I dont think it would matter much. Spreading the two out wouldnt be a bad ide though. But I wouldnt worry much.

so you'd say it would be a good idea to stack them? I realize that it wont hurt, but if its overkill I'll save the B150 and stack it with a non-vitamin formula once my megamulti runs out
