Vitamin E capsules still okay after being left in the heat?

I ordered vitamin e caps and they were left in the mail box in 90 plus degree weather for hours. Would they still be potent, or should I toss them?

Given that supplemental vitamin E has been shown to have dubious benefits and has been correlated to increased prostate cancer risk, I wouldn't bother with them even if they haven't been exposed to heat. A moderately balanced diet should get you the RDA
