Virtus + V11-KT

Warm greetings here from from Singapore!

I’m Larry Mirr, and I’m a novice in using Iron Legion products. Having said that, I am seeking anyone’s expertise here. So, here we go, I just received my 1st bottles of Virtus and V11-KT, yesterday. My question now is, can I use both products at one time? If so, which one, should I apply first & how many minutes must I wait to apply the other? Or, the aforementioned products must be used separately? As in, should I finish first/consumed Virtus, before using V11-KT? Thirdly, can I use Virtus or V11-KT, even when I am not working out? Can these products be used every day?
