Dosing my adex daily is helping, really starting to recognize how important my hormonal balance is.
12pin last night which means I'm 6 weeks in.
As a first time user of testosterone I doubted the quality of my gear. There is no doubt that this is the real deal I can see that on my lifts and how my body is transforming. Also, making sure my diet is on point is actually the hardest part of all this.

Well I'm anxious to see if I can solidify these gains.. I do have a question my pct is tamoxifen citrate its a liquid dose. Any recommendations on the dosing?

I take it's it's 20mg/ml?? And research grade? If it's research grade i would dose higher than normal due to personal experiences of them being under dosed so yeah I'd say 60mg the first two weeks then 40mg the last two weeks. If it's Pharma grade stuff 40/20/20/20.
 
Yeah man its research grade and 20ml/mg..I posted that link that said the same thing about under dosage.. So your with the 60/60/40/40?

drop the winni. Winni is mainly used for maintaining muscle in a cut. Plus why do you need to run to liver toxic orals on your first cycle? IMO do test only first. See how you react then your next cycle add in dbol and see how you do with that. That way you learn how your body reacts to each compound. You have virgin receptor theres no reason to need more that test only. You should gain 20lbs easy on a test only cycle if your diet and training are in check.

Hey big Mike, the test is all I ran.. Started @ 196lbs ending @215lbs.. I'm pretty happy with my results.. I never felt stupid strong with this compound. That being said I can incline press 120s like it ain't nothing. I learned a lot from this cycle. And I'm seriously glad I ran the test only cycle. Next time I'm just gonna run test and Tren. See if I can get some more density. Thanks for the feedback! Don't forget about swoldiers!

Results looking good! Good luck keeping the gain during pct. Still cutting down on bodyfat before I cycle.. Plus gotta find a source.
 
Any suggestions on how my training should look during pct? Should I go lighter? Change up my split?

I like to reduce my volume during pct and push heavy weight. Almost HIT training. Give your body what it needs to stimulate the muscle. But lower volume because in a "natural" state your body will be very susceptible to over training
