Im kind of confused on what to use as a virgin cycle. I am 20 years old and have been lifting scince i was 13 and hardcore dieting scince then also. I am 6ft tall and 300 pounds built like a line backer. I am looking to lose fat while gaining muscle size and strength. I realize that hardcore training and dieting are a must, but opinions differ severly. I have been told to do everything from a stack of 20cc's of winn for 4 weeks followed by another 4 weeks of 20cc's of equipose or sus250; to just useing 10cc's of test by 1cc for the first week then 1 1/2cc's till done. Does anyone have any ideas?
