6 days/week in the gym -cry;
I'm going to summarize my workout for tonight as it's getting late and I'm tired.
Delts/Legs
I was sore going into tonights workout, chest was sore and tight, legs were sore as well. I guess it's getting used to training again after having last week off.
Behind Neck Shoulder Press
135-185 3 sets 5-10reps
DB Military 3 sets 8-10 reps
Side Laterals 25 2 sets 10 reps
I skipped Shrugs as I tweaked a back muslce the other night and it's still somewhat aggrevated.
Legs - It took soooo much energy to do legs tonight. I felt extremely hot and close to hurling.
Leg Press 720-765 3 sets 6-10 reps
I could only squeeze out 6 reps on the 17 plates each set as I was drained.
Leg Extensions 290 3 sets 10 reps
Leg Curls 180 3 sets 10 reps
That was about it, I had it for the night. Thank God this Augmentin is kicking in already and wiping out the infection in my ears and head. Feeling better already.
