not much to report, had a complete rest day friday,and have had a couple of surfs in the last 2 days. back into it tomorow for my 6th and final week running this blue up log:bb3:

my bodyweight remains the same(around 217lbs). once thing i have noticed lately is a bit of acne on my back:rofl:
everything continues to go well, i still felt my arm a bit on the chins but not to bad. still awaiting my nutra order which contains cissus. 1 other thing when i do my crunches i cant really push it as my abs lock up and cramp reel bad. if any one has any suggestions how to avoid the ab cramps i keen to hear:cheers:

had my blue up and was amped for a good session. the instructor wasnt there tonight and i ended up instructing. so not much of a physical workout for me but all good:thumbsup:
 
had a hard day at work and was feeling a bit flat. went in the gym tonight not really feeling it. despite feeling average tonight my strength continues to improve with more new personal bests( new p bs)

didnt do any cardio tonight felt to tired. i felt my left arm niggle a bit in my first set of preacher curls but apart from that it was all right. strength has gone well but my bodys really feeling it. im looking forward to taking a week off the gym next week that will help clear up a few niggles i have.
on a side note my confidence is really up at the moment. blue up:thumbsup: one thing i have noticed over the last 6 weeks is the affects of taking blue up just keep increasing each week:thumbsup:

i am feeling burnt out both physically and mentaly from going all out in the last 6 weeks in my blue up log. the style of training i hve been doing has been all out every set trying to beat the week befores rep numbers and weights used
tonight i wasnt feeling it so i didnt do squats and i dropped my weight down on my leg extensios and curls but i slowed the movement down and paused for a half second at the top.
improving time under tension. man i got a way better pump and burn doing it this way:bb3:

i have had awesome stength and lean muscle gains in the last 6 weeks while taking 4 pills of blue up a day. i will post a final conclusion to this log in the next couple of days with pics and comparisons of some of the weights i used in week 1 compared to week 6. stay tuned:head:

well for my final reveiw i've pretty much said everything along the way of this 6 week blue up stim free log. i was taking 4 caps a day 6 days on one day off and the affects i noticed
increased libido, increased controlled agression in the gym, increased confidence and better indurance in the gym.
in the last 6 weeks i have had major increases in both strength and lean muscle mass.

every lift increased:clean:

while i cant attribute all my gains on blue up(this was my first log and i went all out) blue up was a major factor
everytime i hit the gym i was amped,felt stronger and just wanted to smash the weights
my final conclusion is blue up is a top quality product at a very good price that done the business for me

great log dude, i followed it from start to finish and i must say that you delivered from start to finish (unlike dr liftalot)

great end pics as well, u r the real deal and the main man all rolled into one, all the way big dude

the end of this log reminds me of the end of one of my all time fav movies, time to spark up the reefers dude and take a break!!! spagetti, meatballs, cheesecake, apple struddle - the whole business!!

thanx dude, currently just had a week off, went to go back training yesterday but had some food poisoning delaying my comeback
