Hello fellas. Wanted to give a little info about myself to go along with the topic.
Currently 38 years old, 6'4 290lbs and had been training consistently from 14- 36. In the last two-ish years I had completely stopped training, and ive put on a considerable amount of weight on. (60lbs)
I got back to the gym in November, and have dropped around 25 pounds since then through training and the keto diet. Although my progress has been pretty decent I'd like to add a few things to help me along the way.
I've used eca, and plenty of other products in the past with success on cuts, but have never ran vii-kt before. I've been reading through some posts on it, and it seems to work pretty well. Just wondering if it would be worth stacking them together or just run one at a time. Thank you for any info.
