I wouldnt mind a copy either actually. I know there was a guy that made a post back in like 2003/4 saying he was selling copies of it.

The book has been out of print for decades. Check your local university library. They should be able to get a copy from another university on loan. Spend the afternoon with a photocopier and you're good to go.
