very rough cycle

im taking a oral steriod and been having a really bad time breathing and chest tightness. i went to er and they said xrays and ekg was fine. im having a terrible time breathing now and just really worried that what im experiencing isnt just a anxiety from the super dmz. can anyone with experience with anxiety sides completely describe what they experienced?
 
BP maybe?
 
Explain further. Is it throughout the day or just in the morning, at night, etc? Is it like suffocation or just mild wheezing?
 
Anxiety from taking anabolics or anxiety in general can cause the symptoms you are experiencing.
 
its all different times. ive woke up in the middle of the night. just now at work sitting at my desk i had an issue. bp is high, i work at a hospital and been checking. running around 165/82. oxygen has been good. my bloodwork came back all in the normal range for everything my doctor said.im just worried that it isnt anxiety, but im praying thats all it is. yeah its like i cant breathe, chest tightness and nasal congestion
 
It sounds like a panic attack. Shortness of breath, and high BP are both symptoms of PA.
Also, I have never done what you are taking, so I don't know if those are sides... but for whats its worth, I would stop taking it. If it is a symptom, or a reaction, both seem warranted enough to stop. There are plenty of other things out there to help with your gains.
