Very first Cycle---Any advice!

I am 5'9",140lbs and 10% Body Fat. I train 6 days/week--4 days/week strength training and 2 days Cardio (interval"s)--My first cycle will be for 12 weeks.

Weeks 1 to 12--test prop @400mg/week and 30mgs/day of D-bol as a kick start for 5 weeks..until the prop starts too kick in. As for Gyno--Nolva @ 10mgs/day. My diet!..6 to 8 small meals. I eat very clean. Thanks:
