Ok I've got one for you AM geeks. I've been fighting this for years and the Dr. has no idea what it is. I get this chronic and very deep muscle pain in the lower legs and forearms. It almost feels like it goes to the bone. It is almost always there but once and a while it will all of a sudden pulse and it kinda feels like that feeling you get when you put a 9v battery to your tongue and it runs up to the joint and lower back or shoulders. I'm not a heavy lifter and training doesn't effect it. I have a desk job and it is making my legs very restless. I'm guessing it is a pinched nerve and going to try a chiropractor on Friday. Any Ideas?
