Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone on this forum suffers from vertigo and balance problems? I’ve suffered from it for over a year now and struggle to lift weights ect for the symptoms I get. I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips on getting back into weightlifting and exercising ect thanks
