Versa-1 IC Release Shipment Receipt Confirmation

Ok guys, I know everyone is upset about this shipping deal. I think we are looking at it wrong. I just saw on SBmuscle the agmatine we are getting, it said coming soon, price 34.99. That being the case we are getting two bottles of Versa-1 AMD a couple sample packs and.free shipping for 15 dollars. I may be wrong but I think V-1 will be in.the price range of Compound 20 so look at the coin we are.saving and the money usp has spent developing this product producing it, packaging it, and all the giveaways they have done for us. We should be grateful for what they do for us and not cry because things did not go perfectly. If you think about in a postive way and not be so negative you will see we are getting our Versa-1 free. :-)

I feel that if they are lost and we never get them usplabs will make it right. I am frustrated myself I really wanted to get started last week. I ordered some Compound 20 and Prime to stack with it and can't start any of it. I never use ups for anything every time I.have in the past there has always been.some kind of issue. I was kind of expecting some kind of mix up when I found out how they were shipping the kits. So I will wait until the end of the week and then start working on a solution. Life is too short to get so stressed over something like this. Be glad we are all healthy enough to work out and have enough coin in our pockets to enjoy going to the gym and using our supplements.
 
Well now I'm not too sure what has really gone done with UPS as of yet but the worst case scenario would be somebody jacked our items or they just ended up 'lost' somehow. If it were as such that USP did not have enough to produce all of the orders, then why would people that ordered on the 8th not have any evidence of our orders actually being shipped while people that ordered two days later got theirs days ago? USP said they shipped them as the orders came in and I'll take them for their word there, since I have no reason not to.

I was just thinking someone that might take advantage of the situation and say, if you had someone that worked out and was familiar with Versa-1 and worked at UPS, someone local to USP's location, could they not take advantage of the fact that UPS's doesn't hold much integrity with their Mail Innovations method of shipping with USPS and find a way to slip a bunch of our orders out of the loop and figure it would be just chalked up as 'lost'? So in that case I would wonder what USP's course of action will be if a bunch of our orders just never show up... and if they don't show up next week, I'm pretty well sure they won't show up.

I know I do not want a refund, just simply the order I put in on the 8th, after spending all of one of my days off work battling with the website to ensure I got my order in while supplies lasted. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm happy anyone that ordered has received their item, but its kind of irritating that someone that slipped in the last minute to order has received accountability for their items and their actual items and those of us that ordered on the 8th, after all the hype, after all the word of mouth advertising we did to get this product hyped, after working with a buggy website all day, have now NO accountability for our items. At this point I would pay USP an extra 10-15 dollars just to find where my package is or if UPS even knows, and have them get it to me in a timely manner.

However, at this point right now I am going to take it upon myself to call UPS and USPS Tuesday morning when they open again and get to the bottom of what is going on with our items. UPS has not responded to my e-mails and multiple requests on their contact us on their website program since Thursday morning and I'm just right pissed off at being ignored. Right now we have no idea they even exist, just faulty tracking numbers that we have had for a week, well past the 48 hours we were told to wait for them to update. I'll let everyone know what I find out.

I don't think Danny Ocean cares that much about supplements.

Every single package has shipped. We did not over sell product.

Beyond UPS (getting a multi-billion dollar company to send an email taking fault is not an easy task) sending the email to the customer list explaining thier fault in this, what more can we do now?

Please don't take my word for it, you recieved Albert Toussaint direct email at UPS. He will confirm that all packages have shipped..

I will also be on the phone with Albert on his lack of accountability.

Again, USPlabs takes all fualt. I'm responsible for our consumer. We will continue to give back to the community once this fiasco is over and the next IC release will take this into account.

We will not brush this under the rug...
 
Thanks USPlabsRep. I think that is what was missing. Just a true acknowledgement from a company rep that everything was shipped. There were conflicting statements from UPS emails. One stating the items may or may not have been sent to UPS.

The very first round of orders....UPS picked up and the packages sat on their docks instead of being delivered to USPS for processing. This is why many that ordered friday are recieving before those that ordered Wednesday.

Then UPS sends an email to our customers with tracking numbers with a statement that orders will track in 24-48 hours. The packages don't track but are being delivered...

It is a mess. We understand that....It looks weird. We understand that.

We only been forthcoming as UPS relayed information to us.

You guys did what you were supposed to do. You went above and beyond. I'm frustrated as hell as well, but the fault is not on USP Labs.

You've taken in the frustrations from the consumers with great professionalism, that in itself speaks volumes.
 
1- The only ones getting punched in the mouth are USPLabs customers.

2- Not sure how the shipping company missed a "click-of-a-button". The tracking number system is completely automated for UPS an USPS. There are just way too many orders being unaccounted for to blame this wholly on UPS/USPS.

3- I am convinced after pouring through this thread that shipping labels were created for all original orders but the manufacturing end did not have enough product to supply and satisfy all orders. So instead of contacting the consumers and alerting them that their product was on back order they just waited until they had enough product again and shipped with new tracking numbers without letting the customers know.

Not trying to suggest that DW or any of the other USPLabs reps here know about this. They are here to maintain the sanity and try to ease people's concerns and they are doing their best to mitigate everyone's frustration.

USPLabs, I never said you had lack of accountability of the orders, I said UPS doesn't have it. I'm not holding you guys at fault nor did I assume my posts would imply that.

Agreed, like I said, the wait I don't care about, its the lack of accountability ON THE PART OF UPS, not USP. Again, USPLabs rep, I never blamed you guys, I have said over and over again, UPS is the one that has shown the lack of accountability. I do appreciate you guys holding this together and believe me, everyone will feel much better once we know UPS is actually moving our orders forward.

I am running it solo first to see what Versa-1 is all about. Otherwise, I am going to always think I have to stack it with Agmatine.

Month 1 - Versa-1 solo
Month 2 - Versa-1 stacked with something based in my results and physical/mental results during month 1.

If I decide to use a PWO for the first time ever during month 2, Agmatine will probably sit in my cabinet.

I ordered mine on the 10th. My buddy ordered his the ninth. We live in Utah and I got mine before he did lol. The tracking number never worked for me. It just showed up yesterday! Saturday the 10th

Although I got my order, I still feel for those who did not because it could just as easily been me. I wonder if USPLabs asked for any financial compensation from UPS for this debacle?

I ordered on the 11th, got my shipping nottification on the 15th, tracking number never worked, still says "shipping " today even though I received on the 18th. I live in Salem Oregon. Hang tight guys, I'm sure most orders should be arriving soon.

I didnt get mine yet and didnt think anything was wrong till i saw this thread. Im not worried though because I know USPLabs will make it right. That is why i keep buying their products :)

Ordered on the 8th. Still haven't recieved it. I live in NY. Tracking number does not work. Website still says processing. Grrr
 
Yeah I know USP will keep it together. But UPS has proven themselves rather incompetent... oh well, its good to hear people have been getting their items and yes its better to just try to be positive about it and hope for best. If the worst case happens and it never shows up, then we deal with that, but some of us, including myself, have gotten so hyped up about this and letting UPS piss us off way more than it should.

Life is too short to let this matter gray my hairs. I will just remain hopeful we get working tracking numbers Tuesday and/or our orders. Kudos to USP for handling this well, all things considered. Sorry if I have been hostile but it wasn't towards USP, just UPS.
 
I got mine Friday and the tracking never worked, so I wouldn't even bother with the tracking fellas.

Thanks for the info Agent Orange. Yeah might as well just wait patiently. I hope everyone gets their items Tuesday or soon after! I'm still going to call UPS on Tuesday to see if they can send us correct tracking numbers...still would be nice to have.

Aside from everything is shipped and people that ordered later getting their orders, while the people that ordered first and allegedly shipped earlier haven't gotten theirs.....

I have a huge problem with placing this all on the hands of the carrier at this juncture, based on what others have stated the cheapest and most unreliable carrier method was chosen for a large order and end results were predictably horrific.

This is cutting cost at the expense of the consumer.
