Versa-1 IC Release Shipment Receipt Confirmation

Received mine today in Stockton, ordered on the 9th. Never had any tracking info for it either.

Fresno really is the armpit of California. Well.....after Bakersfield, the town literally smells like an armpit:toilet mix :lol:
 
Yeah these tracking numbers do not work apparently, and I doubt they ever will. Tuesday I'm going to call both UPS and USPS and see if they have any evidence of me having anything en route. Right now, I'm starting to think that some of ours just got 'lost' and we won't see them. Not at the fault of USP Labs but UPS. But regardless, its irritating. I am happy to hear others are getting their packages and please also let us know if your tracking information has worked or is working.
I understand about the wait but me not seeing it or getting it at all is uacceptable I did pay money for this so I do expect to get it.Like I said I am in no hurry,but lost isn't going to happen or work for me at all.

exactly, I just want some kind of confirmation that UPS or USPS knows about it and is moving it to its destination. Thats it. The wait, I don't mind, its the lack of accountability for our items that is pissing me off. Of course if the wait goes another 2 weeks when I go TDY and won't be home and my wife won't either, I will then be angry at the wait. But I don't think USP Labs is going to let UPS get away with just losing our orders.

I don't think they can say it is "lost" because the tracking numbers are bogus.
Without a real valid tracking number there is no way to verify shipment, period.
If you type any bogus number into the USPS tracking site it gives the same message as we received.
If it is not a real tracking number exactly what is it????
 
Not sure, but its the same number USP was given when they sent it to me 6 days ago. I was told by UPS to wait 24-48 hours for it to update. Still spits out nothing. So I'm going to take it upon myself to call and get this crap sorted out and not just for myself but for anyone else that cares to know if their items are out there on their way or if UPS screwed something else up, which at this point seems pretty realistic to me. Like I said, the wait I don't mind, its not knowing if UPS or USPS even knows where our items are or if they even have them that is concerning.
 
I'm still convinced the tracking numbers you have are only shipping labels and the manufacturing end was on back order so the warehouse couldn't ship your supps. When the company I worked for ran into a problem where our customer did not receive their product on time we would send a rush order to them immediately on our dime and request a return shipment from the carrier for the original order. If the tracking number isn't in the system it is most likely the package was never even picked up. Could be the original labels created for your package were there but since the warehouse didn't get the product to ship new ones were made and weren't sent to you guys
 
Who's saying anything is lost? People have been getting their packages.

Yes, some people have, but that doesn't mean UPS can't misplace other people's items. I'm not saying anything is lost, but I'm saying it COULD be a possibility and that is why I want to ensure they have accountability for our items and are moving them forward.

Thanks Palm, good to have someone's input that is familiar with how these things work. Seems possible and hopefully that is the case. Hopefully everyone gets their items Tuesday/Wednesday and everything is cool. I'll still be calling Tuesday and trying to get to the bottom of what happened though.

I have patiently been sitting at work calling home to see if UPS has delivered it or USPS came home from work expecting it to be here today but nothing ;(.

Not mad or anything just so ready to start this after all the logs. I purchased the IC deal on test powder and that took 2 days to get to me in the DFW area.

I really wanted it here by Monday but holiday so ...maybe Tuesday after I get home from class at 11pm I can start the growth.

I think the concept of tracking numbers confuses many people. Tracking numbers are not created once a package is picked up by a carrier, they are created before then, when the warehouse is notified that an order has been made. The warehouse then logs onto their client software and fills out shipment information: what type of delivery and where to, among other things, that is when you will get an email stating "shipment info received". Then the warehouse waits for the product from the manufacturing end to show up, they box it and then put the shipping labels on. Once the carrier picks it up it is scanned and will now be available for tracking by the consumer. I honestly doubt that UPS made an error this large that effected so many customers on a national level. That idea really just seems irrational to me

Wow, your tracking number works??? haha, well, I'm happy for you at least! Now that is kind of bad news for the rest of us though.

EDIT: Ack sorry been a long day, misread your post. Guess you were saying that the tracking number hasn't worked. Your e-mail is just different but all some of us have is the 'apology' e-mail from UPS with the bunk tracking number.
 
Like I said I'm been patient I'm going to wait till Tuesday before contacting USP labs because I never had any issues with them before an I know it's not like they meant for things to go wrong.

After wondering why the hell a UPS tracking # was that long I searched around its almost as long as a USPS # but won't work seems UPS normal tracking isn't the same as the mail innovations so every one that has had issues checking try that link an see what comes up


I was so looking forward to starting V1 tonight on arms and doing my first log but..sigh ..guess test powder an jack3d will have to do.

Am I the only excited about all the good reviews? I mean if this works 10% as good as some of the gains people have logged...this might be that little bit of extra ummmph to bust some plateaus..*looks at arms* .25in in 60 days =P

That is when I would like to know exactly when my package is coming because most of them just leave the package sitting there. Living in my apartment building that means it can easily be stolen which has happened several times before. I'm not gonna be home until very late on Tuesday so if it gets delivered it is just gonna be sitting there for the taking. Hoping it doesn't come till at least Wednesday, because if it does come Tuesday and is stolen by someone I'll never know it was even delivered and I'll just continue to wait.

Oh I hate thieves!ive had multiple orders stolen myself and it always seems to be the big ones or ones I need the most!

Thanks for the information man. Now I am even more confused though haha. Well, UPS better have this straight. Bunk tracking numbers and not responding to e-mails nor following through on updating their tracking on two different sets of 48 hours in a week's time has me placing absolutely no confidence in their ability to get us our items, even if others have received theirs, but I'm going to just hope they didn't scan something and everything is still moving forward. I'll do my best to find out Tuesday morning.

Lol sorry not trying to confuse any one any more than we are already. Did you get any kind of tracking number ? If you got that mail innovations tracking number (like mine) I think it's like some have said just the first label or notification to UPS who then puts another then passes it on to USPS lol. I'm just surprised its taken this long. Last IC order took 2 days literally maybe 48 hrs from purchase to ar***** since I live in Dallas area..I almost would bet its sitting at the post office...mail man looking at it going hah this guy ordered more supplements he must be out lol.

A general question, how many persons have contacted UPS about this? Not just vent your frustrations here?

I have had issues with UPS in the past. I ordered from a close friend who owns a vitamin store in central MI. UPS either lost the package or mine was stolen. They had order conformation from their driver to my address and everything but never never delivered. (I was home when driver ha digital time conformation) not to mention the tracking number they gave me never worked and took almost 10 business days (MI to CA)I had called my buddy who owned the store about what happened and he was obviously upset. He started a claim with UPS and after 4 months of me going back and fourth with UPS they finally admitted fault and gave both me and my friend a refund. It was like pulling teeth, they were very short and un-involved with the store owner. It was more on my shoulders to try and find a resolution.

I had a similar problem with Fed-Ex. Neither company came forward and admitted any fault in anything. Large companies like these aren't the most forgiving and understanding. The amount of volume of orders they do stuff happens.

We at USP labs have done a lot on trying to get things straight, I'm just curious how many of YOU have taken it upon yourself to further questions the shipping company. There were thousands of orders, we can only do so much, at the end of the day if your going to complain you have personal responsibility as well.

If you choose not to use USPlabs in the future or want a refund, I am truly sorry and feel awful this has happened. We do not wan to lose any customers but sometimes it's the nature of the beast. We have learned from this IC release (largest in history) and would love the opportunity to regain your loyalty.

I also want to extended my personal thank you to all that have been helping get things straight for others. It's why I love AM and have been in the community for almost 8 years. Thanks & if you guys need anything please PM me.
 
I did call ups.they said they had no tracking number,no record of my name or address.and when I read the email to her she acted like I was stupid!was very upset,but I'm just hoping to get it soon!

Yesterday afternoon.i took the women's associate number and called headquarters and complained too!she was terribly rude.

Man, That sucks! I ran into a similar issue my first to around. She said she couldn't help me with my issue bc they did that in person and I didn't answer the door when the representative tried reaching me (lie I was home the entire day) I watched the truck stop in front of my apt then drive off.

Its part of it I guess.i am happy to see people to be getting there's,it makes me feel confident I will get it.i know USPlabs is a reputable company,and am not worried about if I will get my product.its just bummer to not have something you should.none the less I'm sure I will enjoy my run with it and can't wait.

I think USP Labs had a great PR campaign. One of the best I have seen so far. It put a lot of air under it. Unfortunately botching the shipping company coordination is letting a lot of the air out of the balloon.

I have faith that you can regain my loyalty as you say...simply ship a replacement ASAP to all those "lost" customers with bogus tracking numbers given out and I think we will be good to go bro.

Haha,that's about all I know how to do anyways!i hope it helps my hunger,very few things get me to where I have the appetite to eat more,of course I do but to be hungry and enjoy it!priceless.you know I will be sharing my experience here as I always do and who knows,it may end up in a log depending on when and what I run it with,but I got some good ideas!

Some may no think it but we value everyone's opinions (as long as they're civil) and try and use it as a learning experience, like this has been. We will do our best to regain your loyalty and look forward to the opportunity, thank you for that chance.
 
Just heard from USP Labs via email

We were told by UPS that it may take some time before it's traceable online. The packages were already shipped - UPS indicated 4-6 business days, but people have already emailed me today saying they have received theirs.

I'm curious about the statement from DW. That if we complain then we have some personal responsibility??? So am I to understand that you think it's our responsibility to follow up with UPS? No, it's USP's responsibility to get my item to me in a timely manner. I'm hoping I just misunderstood how I read it.

Can you say for sure that the items that were ordered on the 8th were Shipped out? And were they picked up by a UPS driver or did USP deliver them to a facility? And on what day?
I think if USP can answer these questions it will put to rest those questioning if and when the items were shipped.

No I'm not saying its your personal responsibility to contact UPS. Merely proposing a question. For some who have shown such outrage, have they tried contacting UPS? That's all I was offering. USP labs is doing everything in our power to get things straightened out, however we cannot do everything.

I cannot say for certain as I do not work directly at the USPlabs facility, it's clear that orders placed have been sent out and are being received so I would assume, yes. Not all went smoothly (hence the email from UPS and the root for a lot of persons frustrations, including my own) they were processed just like any other orders.

Simply - Anyone who's ordered from us before knows how important keeping the client 'in the loop' is to USPlabs! We always provide shipment tracking on your valuable orders.

Well... as Iron Mike Tyson said... "Everybody's got a plan - until they get punched in the mouth"...

As it seems - our shipping company missed a simple click-of-a-button' that resulted in no tracking information being sent out to our most-valued clients.

Rest assured that each and every order that was placed last week has shipped... some people have already received.

Although we're doing our best to manually send tracking information - depending on your location there may be some of you that receive your product before tracking.

Again - All shipments have left our warehouse and are en-route!

As it seems - our shipping company missed a simple click-of-a-button' that resulted in no tracking information being sent out to our most-valued clients.

Although we're doing our best to manually send tracking information - depending on your location there may be some of you that receive your product before tracking.

1- The only ones getting punched in the mouth are USPLabs customers.

2- Not sure how the shipping company missed a "click-of-a-button". The tracking number system is completely automated for UPS an USPS. There are just way too many orders being unaccounted for to blame this wholly on UPS/USPS.

3- I am convinced after pouring through this thread that shipping labels were created for all original orders but the manufacturing end did not have enough product to supply and satisfy all orders. So instead of contacting the consumers and alerting them that their product was on back order they just waited until they had enough product again and shipped with new tracking numbers without letting the customers know.

Not trying to suggest that DW or any of the other USPLabs reps here know about this. They are here to maintain the sanity and try to ease people's concerns and they are doing their best to mitigate everyone's frustration.

Obviously they were unprepared for the demand as was shown with server errors so its not a reach to suggest what I have. And there is no way they had the kits put together just waiting for you to order. That would be too much overhead and $$$. They may have had a few hundred prepared but not enough to satisfy all orders. Furthermore it is not a stunt, it is a company trying to meet their customers expectations while minimizing costs to themselves, many manufacturers practice this behavior. The only thing you are right about sir is that this makes no sense at all. Open your eyes you blind fool.
 
The only thing I can say at this point is rest assured this will never happen again with USPLabs. There is no way they would want their customer base to feel helpless anytime in the future and I am positive they will make this up to their customers with future promotions and swag
 
As long as we all get something for our trouble (shipping delay/miscommunication) usplabs will still come out of this ahead.

Distilled water stated several thousand orders were completed for this release, so seeing any extra effort to make things right by usplabs would be huge. Shipping out free swag to all the customers would be too expensive and time consuming. If usplabs were to offer some kind of online gift certificate for future usplabs purchases and such, this whole ordeal would turn into a slight headache rather than an aneurism.

Just my thoughts though.

I am not sure if I made it clear, UPS Mail Innovations is not really UPS. It is a partnership between UPS and the US Post office designed to offer options to save the customer (USP Labs) money in second rate shipping options that are slightly slower than first class mail. From UPS Mail Innovations website: "We service domestic and international locations with expedited mail solutions that can increase efficiencies and cut mailing costs. As postal logistics experts, we can pickup, process, and provide interim transportation of all your mailing communications. Explore our site and discover why we are a recognized leader in cost-saving mail services."

Here is an overview of how UPS Mail Innovation (UPS-MI) shipping works which does backup PalmFist's description:

When a person delivers a parcel to the UPS-MI , if the customer has chosen the option for UPS-MI to do the processing of the package, they prepare the package for shipping and then a bar code is attached to the parcel. The employees loading the parcels onto a truck or airplane all have bar code scanners, as do all UPS drivers. Those handling the parcel simply have to scan it to see where it came from and where it is going. When a parcel is scanned, the information regarding the parcel’s location is immediately updated on the UPS website. This is the reason why a person can see the step-by-step progression of where his or her package is at the moment.

If the package is being sent less than 200 miles from the sender, then it is sent by truck. If the distance the package must travel is more than 200 miles, it is sent by plane. Each time the package is loaded or unloaded, it is scanned.

Packages that are transported by plane are all automatically sent to Worldport, the UPS sorting facility in Kentucky. Workers in this facility only handle the package once or twice; the rest of the time, the package is tracked by machine.

Ok so a package can't get on a truck without a bar code. Once that bar code is scanned, it shows up in the system.

Now we are being told that the tracking number is not showing up in the system but it will in 4-6 days and we are being told that by Albert Toussaint of UPS Mail Innovations. So it would seem that either UPS Mail Innovations is sitting on a pile of packages, which has been alluded to already by USP Labs and UPS Innovations in their previous email. UPS-MI can pickup your packages and process them for you. So it seems that USP Labs had UPS Mail Innovations do the processing for them and just delivered the packages to UPS Mail Innovations. So UPS Innovations should have put a bar code on each package making it immediately trackable. Then what UPS Innovations does is take the parcels to their processing/sorting center and distribute them to the local US Post Office to save the customer (In this case USP Labs) money over regular first class shipping rates. This is substantiated by a few people saying their was a UPS bar code but it was posted over with a US Post office label. What does not make any sense, is why the UPS bar codes have never shown up in the system unless they have not been put on yet. It is possible that USP Labs did drop the shipments off, but UPS Innovations is only now or have not yet gotten to attaching the bar codes to the packages because they have not finished processing them for shipping yet folks. After the tracking numbers get active, then the package has to go through the US Post office as well.

So when people tell you to be patient, now you now why you'll have to be patient.

I think where USP Labs went wrong on this IC release is deciding to go for the option to save manpower processing the packages and money over regular shipping by using UPS Innovations. Once you get both UPS and the US Postal system involved together, you can be assured it may not end well.

USP Labs: we would all rather pay the shipping to use first rate shipping than rely on asswhits like UPS Innovations who do not respond to inquires by the way. I will assume UPS Innovations told USP Labs we will do the heavy work for you, just drop off the packages.

The question some want to know is how do you reasonably explain the tracking number not working for 4-6 days in the future unless it will take that long to get the package ready whether at USP Labs or UPS Innovations, it really does not matter.

Can someone answer this? I think then people will reasonably understand the logic of what is really happening behind the scenes.
It won't satisfy everyone, but USP Labs decided to build such high expectations with this IC campaign only to dilute itself severely by deciding to save money on the campaign by going with UPS Innovations. Now don't you feel cared for by management. I'm sure they saved a few dollars. Was it worth it?

For me, I will still support USP Labs and its products and look forward to getting them. But hey staff at USP Labs: a successful campaign is more valuable than saving a few dollars on a second rate shipping option.
 
I have to agree..I was so excited to get the product when I ordered it and its still not here..Prob just gunna start Anabeta and run the Versa another time..sj

Well now I'm not too sure what has really gone done with UPS as of yet but the worst case scenario would be somebody jacked our items or they just ended up 'lost' somehow. If it were as such that USP did not have enough to produce all of the orders, then why would people that ordered on the 8th not have any evidence of our orders actually being shipped while people that ordered two days later got theirs days ago? USP said they shipped them as the orders came in and I'll take them for their word there, since I have no reason not to.

I was just thinking someone that might take advantage of the situation and say, if you had someone that worked out and was familiar with Versa-1 and worked at UPS, someone local to USP's location, could they not take advantage of the fact that UPS's doesn't hold much integrity with their Mail Innovations method of shipping with USPS and find a way to slip a bunch of our orders out of the loop and figure it would be just chalked up as 'lost'? So in that case I would wonder what USP's course of action will be if a bunch of our orders just never show up... and if they don't show up next week, I'm pretty well sure they won't show up.

I know I do not want a refund, just simply the order I put in on the 8th, after spending all of one of my days off work battling with the website to ensure I got my order in while supplies lasted. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm happy anyone that ordered has received their item, but its kind of irritating that someone that slipped in the last minute to order has received accountability for their items and their actual items and those of us that ordered on the 8th, after all the hype, after all the word of mouth advertising we did to get this product hyped, after working with a buggy website all day, have now NO accountability for our items. At this point I would pay USP an extra 10-15 dollars just to find where my package is or if UPS even knows, and have them get it to me in a timely manner.

However, at this point right now I am going to take it upon myself to call UPS and USPS Tuesday morning when they open again and get to the bottom of what is going on with our items. UPS has not responded to my e-mails and multiple requests on their contact us on their website program since Thursday morning and I'm just right pissed off at being ignored. Right now we have no idea they even exist, just faulty tracking numbers that we have had for a week, well past the 48 hours we were told to wait for them to update. I'll let everyone know what I find out.
