To those having trouble I did call and talk to customer service. This is what they had to say:
I called Customer service and spoke with Jessica. i could not make my order through the phone, she said the server may not be up until tomorrow morning. The more people try to refresh the worse it makes the server. so stop trying to refresh and try late tonight or early tomorrow morning

Got mine...Paid through Paypal!!!! I always never have money for IC releases. Got two bottles. Versa-1 will probably be expensive as hell when it is released to retailers. With that being said...this is a steal. 2 bottles of Versa-1, bottle of agmatine, samples..for 49.99

Yeah, got my email confirmation with my billing/shipping address and of course what you posted above. Took all day and 100+ refreshes to finally be able to access the page. I used paypal to checkout, but not as guest. JIC.
