Dude sounds sick, you must give me your whole routine. Did you see them somewhere online? Or did you make it your own?
Yeah its just a 5-3-1. I did play around with the accessory stuff a bit, but the way the routine works is that stuff is not as big a deal, as long as it somewhat makes sense lol. I switch those movements up a bit, but only one for each day at a time, and I make sure to stick with them for at least 2 mesocycles without switching. I'll PM you my routine, its really nothing special.
