I don't see why they wouldn't recommend cycling it. I can't think of too many products that one should use year around and the ones that come to mind aren't meant for muscle building.
Creatine is about it. I think even beta alanine should be occasionally cycled with taurine relief cycles and even then none of the effects should diminish since the carnosine is still built up in the system and takes forever to lower.... so yeah, creatine is the only supports supplement I wouldn't suggest cycling.
