Vegetables when Boiled?

I'm trying to incorporate boiled vegetables into my bulking diet, so I was thinking do boiled vegetables, like peas and brocalli, last overnight in the fridge? or will they go off? thanks in advance.

If you put them in tupperware or ziplock bags they'll be fine for a few days. They'll get a little soggy though, but definitely edible.

Steam them instead. Yeah they'll last a few days.
