*The last thread was closed going to try this again.

Ok so I am awaiting these goods and attempting a full log and review. I am also going to do this cycle for 8 weeks. I have been weight training for about a year, but have been exercising for 2.5 years.
Here are my physical stats:
6'2h,
220-221.7lbs,
Male 28yrs old
Nutrition stats:
Full vegan diet high carbs, low fat, moderate protein
Around 2,000 less calories daily
Supp history: never tried aas, or pro hormones. I do take ECA stack occasionally.

These are the supplements I will run ( feedback is highly recommended and appreciated, as this is my first go).

Ostarine: 15mg/day
Clen: depending on tolerance about 60-80mcg/day
T3: 50mcg/day

Other supplements: raw fashion vegan protein powder, nutraone creatine formula, nutraone nitric oxide formula, muscle tech BCAA 10:1:1, vitamins, taurine, potassium.

I plan on running Clen for about 2 wks on 2 wks off. On the two weeks off I will use EC stack. T3 will be run throughout the whole 8 week cycle as well as ostarine.

Goal: my main goal here is to bust weight loss plateau I am currently experiencing while keeping muscle. In my opinion I am fairly lean for my weight although I don't know BF%. I will add starting photo this weekend.

I am going to log and report changes in physique measurements and weight. I also am going to log moods, side effects, and opinions. Help along the way is greatly appreciated! Also let me know if I am forgetting anything

Have you run these before?
Separately? Together?

You're going to drop weight real damn fast on this, any idea what your bodyfat % is at?
 
I have never ran any of these before. I just got my order in today I am excited to begin on Monday. I'm not sure where my bf% is. I will add pic later today or tmrw morning when I do a finally measurement and weight
 
Ok, you've researched these thoroughly though?

Please start one at a time, at least with the t3/clen

Either of those needs to be tried solo first IMO, t3 use will enhance the impact of stimulants, and get even more beta receptor activity from the clen (+ even higher heart rate/BP)

So ease into it to be safe

You may find that Osta + clen is sufficient, it would be a big boost from your starting position as a natural here.

Yes I have researched for some weeks now and have a good understanding of all. Except for ostarine very limited studies done on this. But none the less I am aware of sides and what can go wrong. I will take your advice and start the Clen/ osta first. When do ou recommend I add in the t3? On the first off week of Clen?
 
That may be a good way to go about it, experience clen 2 weeks and see how you can dose it (most start at 20 and work up to 80-120 until they cramp then back it down just below that)

That way you know your comfortable clen dose and know what to expect, before adding t3 to the equation.

Assuming you're in good health you should be good at that dose but first time around better to be safe

so today I was on the heavier side a 225lbs. other measurements are as follows:
arms 16in
neck 16in
chest 42.75in
waist 37in
 
Check your BP, Ostarine raised my BP and combined with Clen could an area of concern.

Personally i never run stimulants when Im on cycle....
 
How did you like ostarine? Where there any other sides you experienced?
Also what kind of results did you see

I ran it twice from 2 different companies. 1st time i ran it, i got headaches, and BP issues and mild lethargy.
2nd time i ran it, was from Olympus Labs, and did not get the headaches, but still my BP raise.

I was using it on a cut for muscle preservation. Thats where Osta really shines. Its not really a good bulker.
It definitely helps keep the muscle you have when you got a calorie restricted diet.

If it were me, I would re layout this cycle, and drop the clan for now, and add EpiAndro to the mix.
Epi Andro converts to DHT, will increase your strength, increase your libido, increase muscle hardness,
it effects metabolism thru T3/T4, and also provides you with extra energy. Its the perfect stacker to
add to Ostarine
 
So down the hatch they go! **** tastes nasty as hell. Started out with 20mcg of C and 15mg osta. I noticed a warm inner feeling, no shakes yet.
 
So I got a tip from a little birdy today that I will have a urine test on Thursday.. So I may have to stop taking Clen until after the test :(
 
3 day update:
I feel a little bloated ( maybe from the osta) but manageable. My lifts on compound exercises feel a bit stronger about 5lbs increase ( this could be a placebo effect). My RHR (resting heart rate) is around 90-100 bpm. Cardio has never been better 14 min two mile ( about 10 secs faster than normal). I have been super hungry the past two days but today I could barley eat dinner. Today's dose was up 40mcg and the same with osta. On a bad note, I am having a few sides that are manageable. Very mild hand shakes, watery eyes, bloated, low drive, nervousness, and a little frustration. Energy levels are through the roof during the day and fall around 9-11pm. I am also down 1 lb this could just be water weight, which by the I been drinking over a gallon a day. All in all my diet has been on point as it usually is and so has my workouts. One last note , I feel more focused while weightlifting( which could be part of my lifting partner being absent).

Shaky at 40mcg means you're either sensitive to it, or it could be dosed higher than labeled.

Bloat is most likely the ostarine if diet has stayed the same. Sounds like things are moving along in terms of results though so that's a win
 
7 day update:

Ok lets get right into it. my measurements today are as follows:

Weight 220.2
neck 15.75
chest 43
arms 16.25
waist 35.5

I have lost 5 pounds in one week! I will admit that the past two days my diet was a little off due to traveling for the holiday.My dosage for clen has went up to 80mcg I believe I can go higher but with the current weight loss I am experiencing I don't believe that there is a need to. I was planning on taking the t3 starting tmrw but am unsure as the stack I am on now seems to be working fine. I have noticed some cramping throughout my whole body as well as headaches, but a little taurine and potassium has fixed it for the main part. I am still making small gains in the gym whether its lifting heavier or adding more reps to current PR's. Cardio is ridiculous, I can run forever at a lower intensity without even carrying for air. Also, my muscle feel more solid. I do get tired during the day unexpectedly, but when I am up I am way up. I find it hard sometimes to concentrate on school work due to some unrest. My drive is up which worried me at first, but seems fine now. I am still taking 15mg ostarine ed, thinking about going up to 20-22 next week, any opinions on this?
 
Day 14:
Still feeling some hand shaking at around 100mcg Clen. However, this could be due to the 50mcg of t3. Headaches are worse since the administration of t3 as well as muscle cramping and fatigue. I am thinking off laying off the t3 for these reasons. Also I will be going off Clen for the next 2 weeks, so I tapered down my last two days with 50-70mcg. I will start ec tmrw.
My training has been static with no changes or progressions. I have been on this routine for a while now and am going to start a three day split next week, while increasing my cardio slightly.
Results: I have stayed the same weight this week at 220lbs, however other stats have increased.

Waist 35
Chest 44
Bloating from ostarine has gone away.
