130.0lbs this morning and it was leg day ! WHOOP!

Box squats 4x150x12 feeling good. Next time we are coming for 160 :)

Yesterday was rest day. Been still having food sensitivities/intolerances. I will be getting a Genova Diagnostics testing done next week which I am excited for. Last night I ate Trout and I was ok until about an hour after my stomach was cramping and burning and had to go to the bathroom right away. Ended up not hitting macros for the day.

Todays Macros are:

345g carbs
70g fat
155g protein

On the menu today is:
#1-Ground Turkey sandwich
#2-Chicken Breast, Basmati Rice, Fresh Grown Aspargus
#3-Venison Burger on a sesame bun with red potatoes
#4-Plain Greek Yogurt with fixins
#5-Noosa Yogurt - salted caramel (if you like yogurt you have to try this brand its bomb!)
#6-French Toast Enlightened Ice cream - if you like ice cream and are short on macros this brand and Halo Top are very good. I would pick Enlightened over Halo Top because of creamy texture.

Thanks everyone. I did have a reaction to Trout the other night, but I have an appointment for Genova Diagnostics testing. Has anyone heard of this? I was reading reviews and it seems like a scam.... so now I'm thinking I might cancel my appointment.

Does anyone know anywhere to find out food intolerances, sensitivities, allergies, GI issues, celiac, lactose, etc?

131.6lbs this morning. I have a few more days left of Vector and then my run is over.

Today is a rest day - yesterday was back + biceps.

I tried the One Bars and this flavor is amazing. I am so happy because it has no nuts!! Finally a bar I can eat and not worry about an allergy reaction.

In addition to my high carb day I had some waffles that we have had forever in the freezer - gotta love buttermilk + blueberries!

Overall, I have no stomach issues adding this into my diet.

Recovery: Seemed to be pretty average and steady. I don't think I recovered any faster than before.

Muscle Building: I am not sure since it was only 1 month supply and very hard to gauge at this point. I did go up in box squats so that was a plus but I am interested in now ending my run if I continue to make strength gains and proceed forward.

Hunger: I did notice an increase in hunger especially on high carb days.

Overall: It is hard to say what it helped with as it was such a short run but I enjoyed trying out Vector as previously for the last year I have been taking FD2.0 and want to thank brundel for letting me try it out!

BOSSMAN I heard the birthday cake is one of the best. I want to try the Glazed Donut one too. First one I tried was the cinnamon roll and I'm like HOLY **** how is this a protein bar YUM!

Yup, bday cake is banging, the only other one I've had is chocolate chip...not so good. Beleive it or not, they have them at a lil gas station 2 for 5$.

These cheddar bites are great if you are low carb/high fat:

Macros for 1 serving:
150 calories
11g fat
1g carb
12g protein

another fun snack was greek yogurt plain with banana caramel twist protein
topped with strawberry jam and caramel sauce

Ready Nutrition Protein bars are AMAZING and no nuts, no preservatives, 7g of fiber.
Macros for bar:
200 calories
5g fat
28g carbs
15g protein

Added it to my vanilla bean ice cream :)

Um ya these are spicy and so good!!! I got them at Walmart they were by the produce section where you get laughing cow cheese wedges!!!

No problem, how has the vector been going, do you find it much better than FD2.
since I was only given one month it was hard to gauge. I did hit one PR on box squats from it but recovery and everything else stayed the same. My weight was steady etc.

Since I don't have the funds I wont be supplementing anything at the moment :) whelp besides creatine and protein powder :p
