I am a little late to the show.
I started Vector this past week thanks to brundel
I am a Female 5’7’’ 28 years old.

I have been currently trying to build muscle & in a calorie surplus since December 2017.

My intake and macros have gone up BUT recently about a month ago I have had random new food allergies and GI issues :(

I have not always been able to hit my macros. Some days I might not even get 1,900 calories if I have a reaction or flare up.

I will make max effort to hit these numbers and they will not change during this run.

Lifting days: 2,630 – 345g carbs / 70g fat / 155g protein
Rest days: 2,340 – 200g carbs / 100g fat / 160g protein

Body Fat: 20% BF
Muscle: 36% muscle
Starting Weight: 127lbs

Current workout regimen:
Lower body – 2 days/week
Upper Body – 2 days/week
Rest Day - 3 days/week
Each workout ends in a 5-10 minute LISS session for heart health.

Fish Oil – discontinued till GI issues figured out
Multi-vitamin
Protein Powder

Like I said I started almost a week ago. Prior to Vector I was 127lbs. This morning weighing in at 130lbs which has been steady the past few days.

Had a great leg workout this morning.

Glute Bridges
Barbell Box Squats
Vertical Leg Press
Narrow Cable Squats
Calf Raises
Seated Abductions
5 minutes of LISS + some stretching and foam rolling

Workouts have felt more intense this last week is one thing I have noticed the first week. We will see where this goes!

Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend and that the weather is amazing. Driving up 6 hours north to Hayward, WI and its supposed to be 90 degrees and sunny! Fishing on Saturday and hiking on Sunday so taking both days as my rest days

Thanks everyone so far who has joined.

Had a great and relaxing Memorial Day Weekend and had a chiropractor appointment and massage on Tuesday. Feeling super sore in my left glute/piriformis area. I am going to take off glute training for awhile to see if this helps heal that area.

As promised here are my before pictures. Weighing in this morning at 130lbs.

No noticeable changes weight is holding steady and physique is still doing good.

My daughter had piriformis issues about a year ago during track. Cant remember everything she did but I remember have to message the area with Ice. No fun for a dad.
She had a few exercises and stretches she did. She also used a TENS unit.

I haven't noticed any changes besides feeling a little stronger in some lifts. I was able to go up in Wide Grip Pull downs. Been working on pull ups and currently doing assisted reverse pull ups 2 x 10.

I have not noticed any assistance in muscle recovery. I did lower body on Tuesday and Friday my hamstrings are still sore....

Posted that recipe on IG yesterday for all asking

Did box squats yesterday and I usually start with 80lbs for warm up and usually get up to 120lbs. Yesterday I did 3x130x10 in which I felt like I could have even went heavier. But haven't done box squats in awhile so next lower body day I will warm up with a little bit heavier load and then see where that takes me!

I am currently taking off glute training due to my left piriformis muscle giving pain issues.

Excited with the increased weight on squats.

Today was back, biceps, and shoulder day.

Macros for today are:
345g carbs
70g fat
155g protein

Yesterday was a rest day and I aim to hit 105g of fat so I bought some Chorizo to try out. Very good!

One day I did it with some egg beaters rolled on a pita and the other day I did some with just a little bit of velvetta cheese on a pita.

One serving of Chorizo is 260 calories - 20g fat - 2g carb - 20g protein

Today I am training Chest, Triceps, and Biceps.

Free meal scheduled for today. Macros have stayed the same.

No noted changes yet as to recovery, I did go up in box squats this week as I was at 140 last week but this exercise is very new to me.

Protein pancakes

20g snickerdoodle pescience protein
60g-80g pancake mix
60g pumpkin puree
100g zucchini shredded
dash of baking soda
water or milk to mix -
NOTE: leave the batter thick and they are so fluffy but yesterday I added to much water so they were thinner.
