dude. i'm not being a ****. you obviously ventured far enough into the USPlabs section of the forum...all you had to do was scroll down and see either MY LOG or the other threads that have all been started about VAT.
If your diet is in check, VAT Attack is a good addition.
its just because when people in the future go to search for info, they will now have to waste their time on this thread which has no real useful information in it.
