VAT Attack! Dosing

I have seen the dosing to be 1g, 3x per day, 1 in the morning, 1 pre-workout, 1 pre bed. My question is, since I work out at night and finish about an hour before I go to sleep, should I still be dosing pre-workout and pre bed, or take the second dose earlier, say with dinner?

FYI: I'm also taking CLA, Rasberry Ketones, and AlphaBurn
 
cortisol is highest in the morning and afternoon. do 1g, 4x per day on workout days. morning, afternoon, prewo, bed
 
Since I workout 1st thing in the morning, I pop 1gm upon waking. Then another 1gm cap around 2pm, then 1gm 1hr before bedtime. I'll be going up to 4gm on workout days due to the other's suggestions. Good question......
