I’m going to start running var starting out at 5mg for 1 week then up to 10mg for the next 5 weeks. I hear the water retention is heavy during the cycle any advice on the cycle? I’m thinking of running it With SNS Inhibit - e. Also what’s the best pct for females? Also if you have ran var before please lmk tips or just anything involving the cycle.

Anavar does not convert to estrogen so a diuretic would be more effective than an AI if you find you're holding water on var.
